| 内容記述 | In this paper, we discuss the relation between regional activation and business creation based on the interview of local government, chamber of commerce and industry, 8 excellent companies, and the questionnaire of 49 companies in Okaya City, Nagano Prefecture. We clarify the following points with this research. Firstly, the industrialization plans of local government, chamber of commerce and industry in Okaya City almost satisfy the requirements and the problems of companies in this city. Secondly, however, in order to promote business creation further, it is necessary to solve the problems of financial affairs, networking, marketing, human resources, technological development, and to support the establishment of new business and venture business. Finally, it is very important for the regional activation to take the leadership of regional excellent companies based on trust and co-evolution. | |||||||||||
