| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to discuss the present situation surrounding child abuse, focusing on the volunteer workers. 71 participants answered a questionnaire, which consisted of three parts; (1) general knowledge and awareness of child abuse issues (2) real situation (3) solution of some defective cases. As a result of this research, there was a higher consensus among volunteer workers as most of their responses clearly showed their deeper understandings of child abuse. However, some are still tentative or hesitant to tackle the problem due to a lack of provided information. Firming self perception and learning how to be good interviewers (eg. reception/listening/sympathy) give them more confidence, by setting up appropriate training programs. | |||||||||||
