| 内容記述 | 高齢者虐待防止法施行後の埼玉県内市町村の高齢者虐待防止への取り組み状況について,埼玉県社会福祉士会が実施した「高齢者虐待の防止に関するアンケート調査」の結果を分析し,高齢者虐待防止へ向けての対応を検討するものである。また,高齢者虐待防止への市町村の具体的な取り組みとして,さいたま市の呼びかけにより,埼玉県弁護士会,埼玉県社会福祉士会の合同による「高齢者虐待対応についての懇談会」が実施された。具体的な内容としては,高齢者虐待事例を行政側と高齢者虐待への対応が期待されている埼玉県弁護士会,埼玉県社会福祉士会が,それぞれの専門的立場で検討・分析をするものである。高齢者虐待防止への取り組みは始まったばかりであり,行政及び関係機関が連携して対応を検討していくことが必要である。そのためには,高齢者虐待防止への現状を把握して,個々の事例の検討を積み重ねる中で,高齢者虐待の背景要因や問題点を分析して,どのような対策が必要なのかを行政側と関係機関とで協議することが求められている。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Regarding the progress of efforts by municipalities in Saitama Prefecture after the enforcement of the Elderly Abuse Prevention Law, responses to a questionnaire survey on the prevention of elderly abuse conducted by the Saitama Association of Certified Social Workers were analyzed to evaluate actions aimed to prevent elderly abuse. In addition, as a practical municipal effort, a "round-table conference on actions against elderly abuse" was jointly held by the Saitama Bar Assocation and the Saitama Association of Certified Social Workers under the initiative of the city of Saitama. Since municipal efforts to prevent elderly abuse have just begun, it is necessary for the administration and relevant institutions to grasp the current situation, and analyze background factors and problems for the purpose of identifying required actions. | |||||||||||
