Their response to the questionnaire also implies that they tend to be more conscious on their grammatical knowledge toward a cloze test. One experimental research clarifies how the cloze scores and their grammar skill are being overlapped. The whole procedure are as follows; (1) constructing a research plan (2 hypotheses included), (2) collecting and computing all the raw score data into statistics, and (3) eliciting some remarks from the figures. The following conclusions are drawn by the results: (1) The cloze test shows a fair correlation with the overall grammar test scores.
