After analyzing the screening data of 66 children without word combination at 24 months, half of them didn't possess a vocabulary of more than 3 words at 18 months, and 66% of their mothers thought that their children's language was delayed at 36 months. Only 48% of these children used pointing gestures at 18 months, but 92% of these children used them at 24 months. Concerning the general developmental level, 64% of these children came in normal or border line by 48 months. From the observation of their developmental processes, two typical developmental groups were found among these children. One group had no general developmental retardation by 24 months and the other group overcame their developmental retardation by school age. It is suggested that the former group members would have difficulty concerning phonological processes, and many of the latter group would have difficulty not only with language comprehension but also with social interaction. Futher long term studies are needed to gether more precise data. This data will make clear the effects of early language delay., 9, KJ00004011211, P}, pages = {75--86}, title = {2歳で2語文がない子どもの分析的検討 : 乳幼児健康診査とフォローアップ相談結果から}, volume = {8}, year = {2002}, yomi = {ヤマネ, リツコ and キンノ, クルミ} }
