 note = {The words "financial capital" have been used in various meanings by several researchers. On account of it, there are many confusions in study of Imperialism. Solving this hard problem, it is necessary to research the meanings of definition made by Hilferding, the first user, and secondly, to research Lenin and others. Financial capital means generally the adhesion of bank capital and monopolistic industrial capital. But accordig to how accent, there are three types of financial capital.
