The subjects were 6 girls whose grades ranged from 1st to 3rd of junior high school. They were selected from 2 hospitals in Ibaraki prefecture. The result were as follows: 1. At a baseline study, the girls were significantly associated with increasing trends in the proportions categorized by the lesser intake of fruits, dairy products and vegetables, and breakfast skipping. 2. Four girls presented clinical improvement after the intervention study over a 3-months period. 3. Five girls were affirmative in photographic dietary assessment by reason that its simplicity and visuality.
