@article{oai:tiu-tijc.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000260, author = {長島, 緑 and Nagashima, Midori}, journal = {研究紀要, Bulletin of Tsukuba International University}, month = {}, note = {リハビリテーション看護学の「障害の受容に対する援助」授業構築にあたり,学生が選んだ障害のある当事者の書いた図書27冊を用い,6段階構成の演習を試みた。演習の効果を「看護学生の障害についての図書選択の志向」,「障害のある人の障害の受容に対しての学び」,「演習による障害の受容に対する思考の変化」の3点より検討した。対象はA短期大学看護学生2学年40名の演習前後の2つからなるレポート記述とした。分析方法は内容分析とした。分析の結果,看護学生の障害についての図書選択の志向では,障害をボディーイメージから選択する傾向があった。障害のある人の障害受容の学びでは,演習前には,70記述からなり,6カテゴリーを抽出した。このうち,学生自身に対するカテゴリーは【障害に対するこれまでの自身の考えの変化】の一つだった。演習後では,63記述であり。3つのカテゴリーを抽出した。このうち,学生自身に対するカテゴリーは,【障害のある人を支えるための看護者として自身の変容の必要性】の一つを抽出した。学生が選択した図書を用いるメリットは導入が速やかであるが,反対に障害の種類や理解に対して偏るというデメリットがあった。6段階構成の演習は,学生の思考を障害のある人の自己認知の変化から専門職意識に発展させた。, A practice method was tried which had the following six steps in this study; individual summarizing, individual presentation, group discussion, group summarizing, group presentation and final individual summarizing. Twenty seven books which were written by the people with disabilities were utilized in this method to construct a lecture of 'assistance for acceptance of disability' within a rehabilitation nursing course. The following three domains were analyzed to discuss the effect of the practice; intention of book choice toward disabilities among nursing students, learning about acceptance of disability among people with disabilities and change of thinking among the students toward acceptance of disability after the practice. Subjects were depictions from the two types of reports from 40 nursing students in the second grade in A junior college. The reports were 1) pre-practice reports after reading books and 2) the reports after experiencing group discussion about acceptance of disability. Content analysis was used. As a result, it was found that the students had a tendency to choose books based on their body images about disabilities. Six categories were extracted from 70 depictions related to learning acceptance of disability from the first report and the category 'change of thinking about disability' was included. Three categories were extracted from 63 depictions from the second report and the category 'the necessity to change oneself as a nurse to support the people with disabilities was included. It was suggested that the advantage in utilizing books based on students' interests lead to smooth and fast introduction; however, the disadvantage revealed that students' understanding about disabilities and the types of disabilities were not enough.
