内容記述 | This essay is a proposal of what should be of the national language department education in the academic training for the training of the national language competence requested under system of lay judges. The national language competencies needed when the authority is exercised as a citizen judge in the trial procedure are "1. Competence for question" and "2. Competence for question to a defendant" and "3. Competence to express the opinion in a council." Especially, it was discussed whether it described about the expression model ("Power writing") in whom results existed under the juror system of the United States, and the expression model was effective to the sophomore student of the university about "3. Competence to express the opinion". It was discussed that the expression guidance that used the expression model ("Power writing") by whom grounds and objective proof were requested was able to promote "Competence to give one's views" that was effective, and requested when conferring by keeping continuously guiding it while adding the device to the difficulty of the theme. | |||||||||||
