保育士が子どもの虐待を疑った時の対応と対応時に苦慮したことを明らかにし,早期発見のための課題を明らかにすることを目的に,Y県内の保育所に従事している保育士2,209名を対象に郵送法による調査を行った。そのうち,虐待遭遇体験をもつ保育士213名の記述内容をKJ法により分析した。その結果,虐待が疑われた子どもと保護者に対する保育士の対応は,「保護者の話を聴く」,「園長に相談し,指示を得る」,「園内での話し合いを行う」,「児童相談所や保健師,近所の人々との連携を図る」であった。また,保育士が対応の中で苦慮していたことは,「保護者とのコミュニケーションの取り方が難しい」,「虐待か躾か否かの見極めが難しい」,「通告の時期を判断することが難しい」,「保護者とのトラブルによる保育士の精神的苦痛」,「虐待の認識や価値観の違いによる対応の難しさ」,「他施設との連携が不十分であること」であった。以上のことから,保育士間における虐待に関する認識の共通理解をすること,コミュニケーションスキルを高めていくこと,および保育士を精神的にサポートする体制づくりをすること,さらに他施設との連携のあり方等,今後の課題が明らかになった。 |

Survey by mailing methods was done, as subjects; 2,209 nursery staffs in nurseries in Y prefecture, to prove correspondence and worry, and to prove problems for early detection. The descriptive content of 213 staffs with encounter experience of abuse was analyzed by KJ method. As a result, correspondence against children and guardians was the fallowing; "hearing the talk of guardians", "consulting with the director and receiving instructions", "carrying on a conversation in the nursery", and "cooperating with a child consultation office, health nurses or neighborhoods". Moreover, the worry was "communication ways with guardians", "making sure whether abuse or training", "judging the notice opportunity", "emotional distress of staffs from trouble with guardians", "correspondence for the recognition difference of abuse or of the sense of values", and "skimpiness of the cooperation with the other facilities". As mentioned above, future problems have become apparent; common understanding of recognition, raising communication skill, concerning as a team member and a system of staff's mental support, and also the ideal cooperation with the other facilities etc. |
