"少子高齢化社会に関する意識調査を行った。対象は,茨城県つくば市近郊に在住する思春期齢を中心とした,10歳～大学生の725人。方法は,アンケート調査による質問紙形式を用いた。その結果以下の9点の結論を得た。(1)思春期は少子高齢化社会について否定的なイメージを持っていた。(2)少子化は,健やかな成長に対する負の影響をもたらすと懸念していた。(3)少子化は,個人の育児体験を減少させ,育児不安を増強させていた。(4)育児に関して不安や苦痛を認識していた。(5)結婚・育児に関して,思春期の過半数は「結婚したいとは思わない」「子供は望まない」との考えを示した。(6)介護者の負担を気にかけながら介護される高齢者の気持ちを,負のイメージで捉えていた。(7)育児や介護のキーパーソンとなる母親の負担を敏感に感じていた。(8)母親の身体的・精神的疲労は,思春期の抱く家庭観や子育て観に負に影響していた。(9)介護をするのもされるのも否定的に捉えており,介護意欲の低下につながっていた。以上9点の結論は,いずれも思春期の少子高齢化社会に対する負のイメージであり,今後の問題点として検討すべき課題であると考察された。",
